The day will go faster than you think.
That’s the slightly unfair thing about weddings.
You spend months creating one day.
People travel across countries.
Friends rearrange their lives.
Families come together.
There are nerves, embraces, photographs, champagne, somebody crying much earlier than expected…
And suddenly you’re halfway through it.
So I created fifteen minutes in which nothing needs to happen next.
The Heart-Opening Ceremony.
A short guided experience for you and the people who came to celebrate your love.

We stop.
We breathe.
Music enters the room.
And for a little while, attention moves away from what happens next and towards what’s already here.
The person beside you.
The people around you.
The fact that, somehow, all of these different lives have arrived in the same place at the same time.
Because of you.
Fifteen minutes to let the day slow down enough to actually feel it.
This isn’t about getting it right. It’s about being there.
Then open your eyes. Look around. And carry on celebrating.
I suspect the champagne will still be there.
- Fifteen minutes
- Somewhere in the middle of the day, wherever it fits.
- Everyone there
- You and the people who came to celebrate your love.
- Nothing to prepare
- Nobody needs to understand breathwork or believe in anything in particular.
Want to create this moment?
Tell me a little about the two of you, the people you’re bringing together and the day you’re creating.
We’ll take it from there.
The ceremony is rooted in my trans-modal breathwork and heart chakra balancing practice.
